Since Jonathan turns 3 this next Monday 3/16 and starts at a preschool on the same Day (God willing) We Had to say goodbye to some pretty special people.
The first one was Stacy and she worked with Jonathan with the Easter Seals as an early interventionist. We Loved her and as we got to know her she really is a great lady. She had her baby this last week. We will miss you Stacy. :)
The second one we said goodbye to was Janet a physical therapist. We saw someone over there every week for almost a year (minus a few weeks). Jonathan's face tells the story and sometimes he has a way of describing our emotional fatigue in his expressions. OK at least he doesn't hide them well.
This is Janet:
This one is Michelle. An Occupational therapist Jonathan saw maybe 5 times after firing his previous one for never communicating.
Michelle was very good and very nice.I liked her. I think Jonathan liked her too.
Lastly here is Ann Marie his speech therapist and owner of Tega Cay Speaks. We got her after his last speech therapist left after Christmas. Jonathan's Language began to really blossom after a couple of weeks with her and the homework we had was super!
She is due to have her baby at the end of March.
It took us quite some time to find some of these folks and I am quite glad to say that at least at Tega Cay Speaks they do great work there and if anyone has a child that needs help please take them there :) .
OK now I am truly choked up I will miss 3 of those folks but we will welcome new folks in next week.
