This will get all my "Lurkers" out of the shadows and into the light. Yes you who tell me in your Holiday cards that you follow my blog. at least 3 of you did this.
You need to leave comments both on my facebook page (If you are my friend) or leave comments here. There is an option to leave comments without having to sign up. If you have a google password you're closer than you think. Since I don't really know how how the linking thing works. don't try. It's okay.(yea Sarah I know you can do it so okay)

The last time I did something out of the ordinary like this only ONE person responded. One great friend and I wasn't even expecting her to ever come out of the shadows. I knew about her...

The Butt Ugly dresser Transformation... but it's currently still in progress. (just finished the sanding stage)
I've never EVER done a project like this. A friend of mine Sarah has a blog . She is a DIY goddess. She inspired me a while back and silently dared me.
Maybe this dresser will be beautiful enough not to live in my closet.

The sanding part always sucks . . . just take your time and don't be afraid to make mistakes. I'll have to post a picture of Samantha's antiqued turqoiuse dresser I did a few years back. I just love it.
ReplyDeleteLOL! I actually DO NOT know how MckLinky works! funny I have this cup with the Easter Egg buddy. I only responded because I want to see a pic of the dresser in the sanding stage - I hope you are taking before, during and after pics - the uglier the better in this stage!
ReplyDeleteHe didn't do anything. His mom made a mistake and forgot she had taken the guard off her brand new electric cutters. She was so excited to use them that she didn't read the directions and started cutting and because the guard wasn't on she cut a huge chunk out of his hair and so she was going to have to shave his whole head-no way to get it even. So she started shaving and only got to use them for about 1 minute when they went dead because she hadn't read the directions and they had to be charged for 3 hours.
